In order to create a new loyalty program, My Nintendo, Nintendo has discontinued the Club Nintendo program. It is no longer possible to create or log in to a Club Nintendo account, register products, earn coins, or order Club Nintendo Rewards.

Timeline:
3/31/15 - Last day to sign up for a Club Nintendo membership, register products (including purchases through Nintendo eShop), complete surveys, register for a warranty extension, earn Coins, and qualify for Elite Status.
4/30/15 - Last day to select a 2015 Elite Status Gift.
6/30/15 - Last day to redeem Coins for rewards or downloadable games.
7/31/15 - Last day to redeem Club Nintendo download codes in the Nintendo eShop.

General Questions
Will Club Nintendo be replaced with a new loyalty program?
In March 2016, Nintendo launched a new My Nintendo membership service. My Nintendo includes a loyalty program that lets players earn points for purchasing and playing games. Points can be used to purchase games and additional content. For more information and to sign up for the My Nintendo program, please visit https://my.nintendo.com.
Why is Club Nintendo ending?
We've decided to discontinue the Club Nintendo program in order to focus on the new My Nintendo program for Nintendo fans. Club Nintendo has been a great way to reward our loyal fans with free games and items. We're always looking for fun new ways to interact with our fans, and we will share additional details about our new customer loyalty program soon.
Can I still participate in Club Nintendo?
No. The deadlines for all Club Nintendo features have passed.
Will I still be able to log in to Club Nintendo and see my account history?
The Club Nintendo website was retired on 7/1/15. It is no longer possible to log in, view your account history, or order rewards.
Product Registration & Surveys
How much time do I have to register new products?
The last day to register products (including Nintendo eShop purchases) and earn Coins was 3/31/15. All PIN numbers and surveys expired on 4/1/15, and cannot be used to earn additional Coins.
My PIN number expires after 3/31/15. Can I still register it later?
No. Products cannot be registered after 3/31/15, regardless of the expiration date written on the card.
Will I be able to redeem unused Club Nintendo PIN numbers in the new loyalty program?
The new customer loyalty program will have its own special features. All PIN numbers for current games expired on 4/1/15.
Coins & Rewards
When do my Club Nintendo Coins expire?
The last day to order Club Nintendo Rewards was 6/30/15. Any unused Coins expired on 7/1/15.
Can I use my Club Nintendo Coins in Nintendo's Online Store or save them for a future loyalty program?
Club Nintendo Coins can only be used towards Club Nintendo rewards. Any unused Coins expired on 7/1/15, and cannot be used for other products or programs.
Will my download code ever expire?
The last day to redeem Club Nintendo download codes was 7/31/15. All unredeemed codes expired on 8/1/15, and cannot be exchanged or replaced.
Please note that games can be re-downloaded as often as you wish, as long as the download code was first redeemed prior to 8/1/15.
2015 Elite Status
Can I still qualify for Elite Status this year?
The deadline to qualify for Elite Status was 3/31/15. Club Nintendo members who earned 300 Coins for the current Club Nintendo year qualified for Gold status, and members who earned 600 Coins qualified for Platinum status. Elite Status members could redeem their gift from 4/1/15 - 4/30/15. (Please note that the deadline to select a gift has now passed.)
Club Nintendo Promotions
Can I still participate in the Mewtwo DLC promotion through Club Nintendo?
Anyone that registered both Super Smash Bros for Wii U and Super Smash Bros for Nintendo 3DS by 3/31/15 received download codes for Mewtwo DLC in April 2015. Any unredeemed download codes expired on 8/1/15.
I qualified for the Super Smash Bros Soundtrack CD. Will I still receive the soundtrack?
Yes. Anyone that registered both Super Smash Bros for Wii U and Super Smash Bros for Nintendo 3DS by 1/13/15 qualified for the Super Smash Bros Soundtrack CD. All soundtrack orders were shipped in March 2015.
